Wellness Recovery Action Plan

(WRAP)

is a free 9-week Group.

This is offered at Momentum Walk-In Counselling

 

WRAP is presented by trained facilitators who use WRAP in their everyday life.

They are called ‘Peer Facilitators’ because they also are focusing on their own wellness and understand the lived experience of recovering and

managing addiction and mental health challenges. Their stories bring hope and meaning to using WRAP as a tool that works!

Each participant will discover and implement their own Wellness Recovery

Action Plan & the commitment is

18 hours with weekly attendance!

MONDAY evenings 6:30pm–8:30pm

Commitment: NINE WEEKS

Not A Drop-In Class – Registered Participants Only

The 5 Key Concepts for WRAP are:

Hope, Personal Responsibility, Education, Self-Advocacy and Support & these are developed each week for crisis planning, triggers, self-care & empowerment.
